The formula is not as pigmented or creamy as lipstick, but not liquid and sticky like lip gloss- it's something of a balm, stain and treatment all in one! It's silky, smooth texture is perfect to apply when you're on the go and doesn't dry out for hours. I've had mine on for about 2 hours and it's still keeping my lips hydrated and kissable! Better yet, the sheer, pearly pink colour goes with everything and makes my lips look fuller and plumper without ANY effort!
