Catastrophe Cosmetic

Recently due to the insane heat and humidity in Queensland, my skin has been breaking out like blemishes are going out of fashion. I need a mask that will treat the Mount Everest's erupting on my face, soothe my sunburnt skin and even out skin tone, and I need it STAT! Enter Lush's Catastrophe Cosmetic face mask!

As the name suggests, it is THE product to go to when you have blemish after blemish popping up all over your face. It detoxifies, smooths, cools and refreshes the face so you'll be out and about again in no time!

Lush recommends:
"...excellent for skin which is troubled by soreness and flakiness because of the calamine powder and chamomile essential oil. The orange oil is toning and helps to remove toxins. Blueberries have loads of vitamins and antioxidants in them and they make the mask pale purple, which can only be a good thing. Use it when you’ve been too busy to take proper care of your skin."

So, how did Catastrophe Cosmetic go for me?
I LOVED this product. It smells divine and has a smooth, silky texture that spreads easily on the skin. It didn't irritate my blemishes, rather it cooled, soothed and calmed inflammation. I feel like my skin has taken a much needed holiday and is rejuvenated, revitalised and re-freshened. This mask lived up to everything Lush promised!

How to Use:
Apply to clean damp skin, leave for 10 minutes, rinse with warm water. Approx 4 uses per 75g pot.
