They are ok.
I purchased "Sweet Tart" for the princely sum of $25 (its $7.49 on http://drugstore.com) and was expecting great things. Whilst the product is good, I wouldn't rave about them nor re-purchase.
Sweet Tart is a bright, medium pink (almost fuchsia) with no shimmer. It applies easily enough, has moderate hydration and good colour pay off (my lips are not very pigmented). Wear time for me is about 2 hours and it stains the lips slightly.
It really brightens my complexion and makes teeth look whiter!
Also, apologies for the iPhone pic, I seem to have misplaced my camera moving house!

YAY for someone finally saying they aren't gods gift to lipstick!!
ReplyDeleteI had a feeling this was the case - everyone got caught up in the excitement and the novelty of these lip butters! Even so, that colour is bloody gorgeous on you!
ReplyDeleteI had a swatch of these at priceline the other day... meh, didn't do much for me. Maybe if they were $7 like in the US I'd consider it, but at over $20 for a glorified lipbalm I think I'll pass thank you. The colour IS gorgeous on you though, but seriously you're better off finding a lippy in that shade.
